InfoForce was created in 2000 under the name Exigia and initially served a small number of internationally oriented clients.
As the company broadened its client base to cover companies of all sizes in a wider range of industries it needed to be more visible to the business community andin 2005 changed its name to InfoForce
InfoForce’s Managing Director is Jean-Claude Chalumeau, who is also the founding shareholder.
A former management consultant with McKinsey & Co, Jean-Claude has been active in the business intelligence field for the last 15 years, providing business intelligence services to companies of all sizes, lawyers, bankers and governments. Before creating InfoForce, he was Managing Director of two Paris-based business intelligence firms: Kroll Associates France (1991-1997) and Intelynx France (1997-2000). He is a member of the board of FéPIE, the French federation of business intelligence professionals and sits on the Strategic Board of Enkita Group, an Indian group of companies active in business intelligence, market entry and commercial support services.
Jean-Claude Chalumeau holds a diploma from HEC (Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales - France) and an MBA from Harvard University (USA).
