Performing a benchmark analysis

Following a change in ownership and management, a management team was wondering how best to reorganise its production operations to improve its competitiveness. InfoForce was asked to identify and compare the best practices of the competition. Information provided by InfoForce significantly challenged the existing production process as well as the design of some products.

Based on this information, the new management team developed a new investment plan, were successful in raising additional equity and raised their manufacturing capacity to the best standards.
