Checking the ethics of the management team of a future partner

As two companies were pooling resources in a joint venture, a heated negotiation arose regarding appointments to the board and the executive committee. Investigations carried out by InfoForce showed that some managers of the other company had an unscrupulous attitude regarding compliance and ethics.
