Our client’s board members had been alerted to the flamboyant life style of a plant manager and were suspicious about the magnificent house he had just built. It was feared that corporate assets had been misused. An audit of the company’s accounts revealed nothing.

With the help of a construction specialist, InfoForce audited the contracts for a major plant extension that had been the plant manager’s responsibility. The audit highlighted significant differences between the quantities of materials used and those that had been invoiced by the building contractor, leaving ample room for the contractor to build a house for the plant manager.

Faced with the facts, the plant manager left the company and agreed to a settlement with our client.
