Unfair competition

Our client was puzzled by the fact that one of its competitors - a new comer on the market - systematically won the contracts our client tendered for. InfoForce was asked to help the client understand what was going on. We were quickly able to prove that one of our client’s managers was passing vital information to the competitor, allowing it to systematically undercut our client’s proposals.

Further research showed that our client’s manager had taken - through an elaborate system of offshore companies - a share in the competitor company’s capital. The motivation turned out to be revenge after having been passed over for a major promotion.
